How you cancel depends on where the subscription was originally purchased:

  1. Website (jumpspeak.com)

  • If you subscribed on our website directly at jumpspeak.com, cancel through the customer portal.

2. Apple App Store (iOS)

  • If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, cancel via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Google Play (Android)

  • If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel via the Google Play Store → Subscriptions.

Q: If I cancel, do I lose access immediately?

A: No. Canceling stops future renewals but does not end your current subscription early. You will retain full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Q: If I cancel my annual plan partway through the year, will I receive a partial refund?

A: No partial refund as stated in our refund policy.
