  • If you subscribed on our website directly at jumpspeak.com, cancel through the customer portal.

2. Apple App Store (iOS)

  • If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, cancel via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Google Play (Android)

  • If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel via the Google Play Store → Subscriptions.

Q: If I cancel, do I lose access immediately?
