11.3 Your data rights

Exercise your data rights with Jumpspeak: request a copy of your data, delete it under GDPR/CCPA, or opt out of marketing emails.

Q: How do I delete my data (GDPR / CCPA)?

A: To delete your Jumpspeak account and the personal data associated with it, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Jumpspeak app.

  2. Tap your profile (the You tab).

  3. Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm the request.

This deletes your account, language progress, and associated data, including stored audio recordings and transcripts.

Important: If you have an active Premium subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel separately to stop future charges.

Q: How do I opt out of marketing emails?

A: Every marketing email from Jumpspeak includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. You can opt out at any time by clicking that link, or by contacting [email protected] if you would like help managing your email preferences.
