Q: What personal data does Jumpspeak collect?

A: To deliver and improve the service, Jumpspeak collects the following categories of data:

  • Personal data such as your email address, name, and (if provided) location details.

  • Usage data, including how you interact with the app, the pages you visit, the time you spend in the app, and device or diagnostic information.

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies used to improve functionality, remember preferences, and support security.

  • Speech, audio, and AI data generated during speaking exercises and AI conversations, including:

    • Voice recordings.

    • Transcripts of your speech.

    • Pronunciation and performance feedback (such as scores, timing, and accuracy).

    • Feature usage data.

This data is used to:

  • Personalize your learning experience.

  • Provide pronunciation and conversation feedback.

  • Improve speech recognition and AI systems.

  • Analyze and enhance overall app performance.

Audio data may be processed by trusted service providers, but it is never used for voice cloning. Recordings are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your audio data at any time by contacting support.

Q: Are my AI Tutor conversations saved?

A: AI Tutor conversations are not stored as a permanent chat history that you can revisit inside the app. Limited transcripts may be retained temporarily for system improvement, as described in the privacy policy.

Q: Do you use my data to train AI models?

A: No. Jumpspeak does not use your personal data to train AI models.
