Home screen
Three icons appear at the top of the Jumpspeak home screen:
The flag icon (top left) opens the language picker, allowing you to choose any of the supported target languages.
The gift icon opens the referral screen, where you can invite a friend and share 30 days of free Premium access via SMS, email, or a shareable link.
The profile icon (top right) opens your profile, where you can view your current plan, daily streak, total conversations, total words spoken, and notification settings.
At the bottom of the profile page, you can adjust the following preferences:
Audio speed
Auto translation
Zen mode
Auto mic activation
Hint suggestions
Check your answer
Gender role
Recognized speech display
Hi-res immersion videos
Speech engine
The Settings menu at the top of the profile page provides access to:

The home screen also includes the Levels tab, which allows you to switch between Beginner (A1) and Advanced (C1), and a list of daily tasks at the bottom of the Levels view. Three additional shortcuts open the AI Chat, Words, and Stories sections of the app.
AI Chat
The AI Chat is a conversation hub where you can browse practice topics such as Dating, Relationships, Work, and Food & Drinks. Each topic is grounded in real-life dialogue so you can practice everyday language in natural contexts.
Words
The Words section helps you practice and pronounce essential vocabulary used in everyday situations. It is designed to build confidence in speaking and improve pronunciation through focused, practical word drills.
Stories
The Stories section offers short narrative dialogues based on real-life themes such as meeting a neighbor, ordering coffee, or asking for directions. You can adjust playback speed to match your comfort level, and short comprehension questions appear during each story to check understanding. Tapping the speech-bubble icon displays the full transcript of the conversation.
Settings
The Settings menu, located in the top right corner of the profile page, gives you control over the following:
Edit Profile — change the display name shown in the app.
Terms — view the Jumpspeak Terms of Use.
Privacy — view the Jumpspeak Privacy Policy.
Help & Support — open the in-app FAQ and AI Support; contact [email protected] if your issue is not resolved.
Report a bug — submit details about issues you encounter in the app.
Manage subscription — open the customer portal to view and adjust your plan.
Restore purchase — re-sync subscription access if it does not appear correctly; if the issue persists, contact [email protected].
Delete account permanently — permanently remove your account. This action does not cancel an active subscription.
