2.1 Managing your profile

Update your Jumpspeak profile, including changing your display name, updating your email address, and resetting your password.

Q: How do I change my display name?

A: To update the display name shown in the app:

  1. Tap your profile icon on the home screen.

  2. Tap the Settings icon.

  3. Tap Edit Profile.

  4. Enter your new display name and tap Save.

Q: How do I update the email address on my account?

A: Email address changes are handled manually by our support team to keep your subscription correctly linked. Please email [email protected] from your current address with the new email you would like to use.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password. We will send a password reset link to your registered email address; follow the link to set a new password.
