Q: How do I change my display name?
A: To update the display name shown in the app:
Tap your profile icon on the home screen.
Tap the Settings icon.
Tap Edit Profile.
Enter your new display name and tap Save.
Q: How do I update the email address on my account?
A: You can now update your email address directly from the Jumpspeak app.
Open the Jumpspeak app and make sure it’s updated.
Tap your Profile icon in the top-left.
Tap the Settings icon.
Select Edit Profile.
Enter your new email address and confirm with your password.
Check your new email for a confirmation link.
Click the link to complete the email change.
Your email will be updated after confirmation.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password. We will send a password reset link to your registered email address; follow the link to set a new password.
