Steps to Update Your Email
Open the Jumpspeak app and make sure you are using the latest version.
Tap your Profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
On your Profile page, tap the Settings icon in the top-left corner.
Tap Edit Profile.
Enter your new email address and confirm the change using your password.
A confirmation link will be sent to your new email address.
Open the confirmation email and click the confirmation link to complete the email update.
Your email address will be updated once the confirmation is completed.
Important
If you receive an error stating that the email address is already in use, or if you encounter any other issue while updating your email, please contact Jumpspeak Support for assistance.
