2.3 Account settings

Adjust your Jumpspeak account settings, including target language, proficiency level, notifications, and interface language.

Q: How do I change my target language?

A: To switch the language you are learning:

  1. Open the Jumpspeak home screen.

  2. Tap the small flag icon in the top-left corner.

  3. Select your preferred language from the list of supported languages.

Q: How do I change my proficiency level?

A: To adjust your difficulty level:

  1. Open the Jumpspeak home screen.

  2. Tap the Levels tab.

  3. Choose any level between Beginner (A1) and Advanced (C1).

Q: How do I turn notifications on or off?

A: To manage notifications inside Jumpspeak:

  1. Open the home screen and tap your profile icon.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page.

  3. In the Notifications section, toggle Streak notifications and Daily reminders on or off as preferred.

Q: Can I change the language of the app interface?

A: The interface language can only be changed for learners studying English; in this case, the app interface adapts to support comprehension. For all other learners, the interface remains in English.
