A: Your billing date depends on the renewal cycle of your plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual). The exact date of your next charge is shown in the customer portal under Manage Subscription.
Q: Do subscriptions renew automatically?
A: Yes. All Jumpspeak subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You will not be charged again if you cancel before the renewal date.
Q: Where can I see my next billing date?
A: You can view your next billing date in the customer portal. From the app, open Settings and tap Manage Subscription to access it.
Q: Where can I find my receipts and invoices?
A: Receipts can be requested by emailing [email protected], and we will send a copy to your registered email address. Your bank or card issuer also provides a record of the transaction on your monthly statement.
Q: Why was I charged after my free trial ended?
A: All Jumpspeak free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically when the trial period ends. The exact billing date is displayed on the checkout screen at sign-up, and a confirmation message is shown after purchase. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial expires.
