3.4 Refund policy (and how to request a refund)

Read Jumpspeak's refund policy, including the 100-day money-back guarantee, App Store rules, and how to request a refund.

1. Important Scope Limitation

This Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Jumpspeak website.

Purchases made through:

are not eligible for refunds through Jumpspeak.

These purchases are processed by third-party platforms, and you must request refunds directly from them

We do not have access to or control over these transactions.


2. General Refund Principles

  • Refunds are issued only within the applicable refund window listed below.

  • All eligible refunds are issued in full.

  • Partial refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

  • Refund eligibility is determined based on the original purchase date or renewal date.

  • After the applicable refund window expires, all sales are final.


3. Refund Eligibility by Product

Premium Subscriptions

(1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, lifetime, family plans)

  • Refund window: 100 days

  • Eligibility: Full refund within 100 days of purchase

  • After 100 days: Non-refundable

Premium AI / Family Add-ons

  • Refund window: 30 days

  • Eligibility: Full refund within 30 days of purchase

  • After 30 days: Non-refundable

Live Tutoring

  • Refund window: 30 days

  • Eligibility: Full refund within 30 days of purchase

  • After 30 days: Non-refundable

Masterclass Products

  • Refund window: 30 days

  • Eligibility: Full refund within 30 days of purchase

  • After 30 days: Non-refundable

Subscription Renewals

  • Refund window: 24 hours from renewal charge

  • Applies only to renewal payments after the initial subscription period

  • After 24 hours, renewal charges are non-refundable.

Annual Cross-Sell Purchases

  • Refund policy: Non-refundable

  • These purchases are final at the time of transaction


4. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for:

  • Unused time

  • Partial subscription periods

  • Mid-cycle cancellations

If a refund is approved within the eligible window, it will be issued for the full amount paid.


5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.


6. Abuse & Fair Use

To prevent misuse of our refund policy:

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund behavior.

  • This includes excessive refund requests across multiple purchases.


7. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published.



Requesting a Refund

1. For Web Purchases (via Jumpspeak.com)


If you purchased directly on our website at jumpspeak.com (not on the mobile app) and believe you are eligible for a refund under the policy above, please request a refund using our self-refund portal by entering your account email. Please make sure you're using the same email you used to purchase your subscription.

If you are having trouble with the portal, you can email our team at [email protected]. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as we can.

2. For Apple App Store (iOS) Purchases

Method 1: From Your Apple Email Receipt

  1. Open the email receipt from Apple for your Jumpspeak purchase (subject typically: "Your receipt from Apple").

  2. Click or tap "Report a Problem" next to the purchase.

  3. Sign in with your Apple ID.

  4. Choose the refund option, select a reason, and submit your request.

Method 2: From Apple’s Report a Problem Website

  1. Sign in with your Apple ID.

  2. Locate your Jumpspeak subscription and select "Report" or "Report a Problem."

  3. Follow the prompts to submit your refund request.

2. For Google Play Store (Android) Purchases

  1. Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase.

  2. Select the Jumpspeak purchase and choose a reason for the refund.

  3. Submit your request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does a refund take to process?
A: Once a refund is approved, processing typically takes several business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Q: Can I get a refund if I was accidentally charged twice?
A: Yes. Duplicate charges are always refundable. Please contact [email protected] so we can locate both accounts, verify the duplicate, and issue the refund.

Q: I purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Can Jumpspeak refund me?

A: Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google must be requested directly from those platforms, as we do not have control over those funds. See the links in Section 1 above.
