A: Just below the Levels section on the home screen, a weekly progress view shows your activity day by day. Days on which you complete a lesson are marked with a check, and completed lessons themselves are highlighted in green.
Your profile page provides a more complete picture, including a calendar view of your activity, your current streak, total conversations, and total words spoken.
Q: What is a streak and how does it work?
A: A streak counts the number of consecutive days you have completed at least one learning activity in Jumpspeak. The mechanics are simple:
Completing a lesson, AI chat session, or practice activity on a given day extends your streak by one day.
Missing a day resets your streak to zero.
Maintaining a streak helps build a consistent learning habit and is one of the best predictors of long-term progress.
Your current streak is always visible at the top of your profile page.
Q: I lost my streak. Can it be restored?
A: In some cases our team can review and restore a lost streak. Please email [email protected] with your account details and the date the streak was lost.
