4.4 Progress tracking & streaks

Track your Jumpspeak progress with the weekly view, profile calendar, and streaks, and learn how to recover a lost streak.

Q: How do I track my progress?

A: Just below the Levels section on the home screen, a weekly progress view shows your activity day by day. Days on which you complete a lesson are marked with a check, and completed lessons themselves are highlighted in green.

Your profile page provides a more complete picture, including a calendar view of your activity, your current streak, total conversations, and total words spoken.

Q: What is a streak and how does it work?

A: A streak counts the number of consecutive days you have completed at least one learning activity in Jumpspeak. The mechanics are simple:

  • Completing a lesson, AI chat session, or practice activity on a given day extends your streak by one day.

  • Missing a day resets your streak to zero.

  • Maintaining a streak helps build a consistent learning habit and is one of the best predictors of long-term progress.

Your current streak is always visible at the top of your profile page.

Q: I lost my streak. Can it be restored?

A: In some cases our team can review and restore a lost streak. Please email [email protected] with your account details and the date the streak was lost.

Q: Where do I see the total number of lessons I have completed?

A: Completed lessons are visible on the home screen, marked in green with a check icon. Your overall activity is also reflected in the streak and statistics shown on your profile page.
