3.6 Payment methods & issues

Find out which payment methods Jumpspeak accepts and how to fix failed payments, update cards, or investigate unknown charges.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

A: Jumpspeak accepts PayPal as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be available through the App Store and Google Play depending on your region.

Q: My payment failed. What should I do?

A: First, please verify with your bank or card issuer that the card is active and has sufficient funds, and confirm that your billing address is up to date. If the payment continues to fail, contact [email protected] so our team can investigate.

Q: How do I update my payment method?

A: To update the card or PayPal account on file, please contact [email protected] and our team will guide you through the process.

Q: I see a charge I do not recognize. What is it?

A: Unrecognized charges are usually related to a Jumpspeak plan or add-on purchased separately, such as Premium AI or Live Tutoring. Please review the plan summary in section 3.1, then contact [email protected] if you would still like us to investigate the charge.
