3.3 Cancelling your subscription

Cancel your Jumpspeak subscription on the website, the iOS App Store, or Google Play, and learn what happens to your access.

How you cancel depends on where the subscription was originally purchased:

  • If you subscribed on jumpspeak.com, cancel through the customer portal.

  • If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, cancel via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

  • If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel via the Google Play Store → Subscriptions.

Q: If I cancel, do I lose access immediately?

A: No. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not end your current subscription early. You will retain full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Q: If I cancel my annual plan partway through the year, will I receive a partial refund?

A: No partial refund as stated in our refund policy.

Q: How do I cancel Live Tutoring?

A: Live Tutoring is operated by our partner Rype. To cancel, please contact the Rype support team at [email protected].

Q: How do I cancel the Premium AI add-on?

A: To cancel a Premium AI subscription, please contact [email protected] and our team will process the cancellation for you.
