Update Jumpspeak through the App Store or Google Play, check your app version, and learn when to reinstall to fix issues.

Q: How do I update the app?

A: Open the App Store on iOS or the Google Play Store on Android, search for Jumpspeak, and tap Update if a new version is available. Enabling automatic app updates ensures you always have the latest features and fixes.

Q: How do I check which version I am on?

A: The app version number is displayed at the bottom of the Settings page. Please include this number whenever you report an issue to support.

Q: Should I uninstall and reinstall to fix issues?

A: Reinstalling is a fast and effective way to resolve many temporary issues, since it clears local data and refreshes the app. If the issue continues after reinstalling, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.
