A: There is no formal transfer step. Simply install Jumpspeak from the App Store or Google Play on the new device and sign in with the email address and password you have always used. Your progress and subscription will load automatically.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of devices?
A: There is no strict device limit for personal use. We do ask that accounts not be shared with other people, as account sharing affects the personalization of your learning experience and is not permitted by our Terms of Service.
