A: Please try the following steps in order:
Restart the app, or uninstall and reinstall it.
Check whether a Bluetooth device is connected and routing audio elsewhere.
Confirm that your device volume is turned up and is not muted.

Q: Can I slow down the speaker's speech?
A: Yes. Audio speed can be adjusted in two places:
At the bottom of your profile page, where the Audio speed setting applies app-wide.
During a lesson, by tapping the settings icon and adjusting the speed for that session.
Q: Can I replay a phrase?
A: Yes. There are two ways to replay audio inside a conversation:
To replay something the AI said, tap the speaker icon next to that sentence.
To replay your own message, tap the three dots next to the message and then tap the speaker icon.
