2.4 Deleting your account

Permanently delete your Jumpspeak account, learn how it affects your subscription, and find out about the 72-hour grace period.

Q: How do I delete my Jumpspeak account?

A: To permanently delete your account:

  1. Open the Jumpspeak home screen and tap your profile icon.

  2. Tap the Settings icon.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.

  4. Tap Delete Account Permanently and confirm.

Q: Will deleting my account cancel my subscription?

A: No. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel separately, either through the customer portal or by emailing [email protected] before deletion.

Q: Can I recover a deleted account?

A: After requesting deletion, your account enters a 72-hour grace period during which it can still be restored. If you change your mind during that window, please contact [email protected] and we will cancel the deletion request. Once the 72-hour period elapses, account data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
