A Premium subscription unlocks the full library of more than 1,000 lessons, full speech feedback, and access to the private learner community. A Premium AI subscription additionally removes daily limits on AI Tutor conversations and unlocks the full set of AI-powered learning features.
Q: Is there a free trial?
A: Yes. Premium subscribers receive a 14-day free trial of Premium AI. A separate 14-day free trial is also available for Live Tutoring, which can be activated even without a Premium subscription. To avoid being charged automatically at the end of either trial, please cancel before the trial period ends. Refunds are not issued for charges that occur after a trial expires.
Q: Do I need to enter payment information to start a free trial?
A: Yes. Because both free trials are linked to a paid subscription, payment details are required at sign-up. The exact date you will be billed is displayed on the checkout screen, so you always know when the trial ends. You can cancel at any point before that date to avoid being charged.
