Refund Policy


You can cancel a Jumpspeak membership at any time to avoid a future charge. To learn more about cancelling a membership, refer to our article How to cancel your Jumpspeak subscription.


Jumpspeak refund policy:

    • We only allow one refund per customer, after the policies below.
    • We can only offer refunds for payments done on our website. We are not able to refund purchases made on Apple App Store or Google Play, as we do not control payments here (see below on how to request it from the respective stores)
    • We do not offer refunds on membership renewal charges.

Apple

If you subscribed to Jumpspeak Premium using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Jumpspeak. If you wish to request a refund, please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 or follow the steps below:

  1. Locate your most recent receipt from Apple indicating the Jumpspeak Premium subscription. Email subject should start with "Your receipt from Apple"
  2. Tap "Report a Problem" next to the purchase. Then, you will be redirected to Apple's problem reports page.
  3. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
  4. Under "What can we help you with?", select the refund option and reason. Click Submit when finished with your request.

Or

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to your subscription, click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

Google Play

When you subscribe through the App Store, Google handles your payment and your subscription directly.

Jumpspeak Website

If you signed up for Jumpspeak through our website directly, we offer refunds within 100 days of first purchase.


This is only offered for our Jumpspeak app subscription, which excludes add-on purchases:

  • Live Tutoring subscription
  • Courses & Masterclasses

If you believe you are eligible for a refund please email support@jumpspeak.com (use Subject Line: Refund) to the Support Team to see if you are eligible for a refund under our 100-day money back guarantee.

Please note that our team may take 2-3 business days to evaluate your eligibility and process your refund, depending on our email ticket volume.
