How do I update my payment method?

If you would like to update your billing / credit card information for your Jumpspeak Premium subscription, you will need to update your info within the subscription service you originally subscribed through.


Apple (iOS)

Edit a payment method:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID
  4. To update a payment method, tap the payment method, then edit your information. 
  5. To change the order of your payment methods, tap edit, then use the move order icon.

To add a payment method, tap Add Payment Method.

To remove a payment method, tap edit, then tap the delete button.

Note: You might need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of the card number, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.

Google Play (Android)

Edit a payment method:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon, Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > More > Payment settings.
  3. If asked, sign in to Google Pay.
  4. Under the payment method you want to remove, tap edit.
  5. Make your changes. 
  6. Tap Update.

Add a Payment method:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon, Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > Add payment method.
  3. Choose the payment method you want to add.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: If you're using Google Pay in India as a payment method, you'll need to update your UPI ID. 

Remove a payment method:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon, Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > More > Payment settings.
  3. If asked, sign in to Google Pay.
  4. Under the payment method you want to remove, tap Remove > Remove.

Jumpspeak (Website)

  1. Head to your billing page on Jumpspeak here.
  2. Enter the email you used at checkout.

  1. Tap the magic link sent to your email (Log in to your customer portal)

  1. Click +Add payment method and enter the new card information.

  1. Click Add when done. All future invoices will now be billed to the new payment method.
