How does the money-back guarantee work?


Note: You can cancel a Jumpspeak membership at any time to avoid a future charge. To learn more about cancelling a membership, refer to our article How to cancel your Jumpspeak subscription.


Jumpspeak's money-back policy:

    • If you paid via our website, you may be eligible for a refund. However, we are not able to refund purchases made on Apple App Store or Google Play, as we do not control payments nor funds here (see below on how to request it from the respective stores)
    • We do not offer refunds on membership renewal charges, only first-time purchases are potentially eligible.
    • We only allow one refund per customer, after the policies below.
    • Only app subscriptions are eligible for refunds. This excludes purchases like live tutoring subscriptions.

Apple

If you subscribed to Jumpspeak Premium using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Jumpspeak. If you wish to request a refund, please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 or follow the steps below:

  1. Locate your most recent receipt from Apple indicating the Jumpspeak Premium subscription. Email subject should start with "Your receipt from Apple"
  2. Tap "Report a Problem" next to the purchase. Then, you will be redirected to Apple's problem reports page.
  3. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
  4. Under "What can we help you with?", select the refund option and reason. Click Submit when finished with your request.

Or

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to your subscription, click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

Google Play

When you subscribe through the App Store, Google handles your payment and your subscription directly.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund please contact our support team (use Subject Line: Refund) and our team will do our best to respond to you within 3-4 business days.

The refund policy above is only for Jumpspeak's app subscription, which does not include:

  • Live Tutoring subscription
  • Courses & Masterclasses
  • Gift subscriptions
  • Subscription renewals (i.e. only first-time purchases are eligible)

Please note that our team may take 3-4 business days to evaluate your eligibility and process your refund, depending on our email ticket volume.
