I found a charge I don't recognize in addition to my Jumpspeak Premium

If you see a charge you don't recognize or believe you did not sign up for, please contact our support at support@jumpspeak.com so we can help resolve this for you.


Please refrain from filing a chargeback/dispute with your bank, because we will not be able to refund any charges once it's in dispute process, and it may take up to 90-120 days to resolve it. By contacting our support team, we would in most cases be able to resolve your issue within 3-4 business days.

If you activated the 7-day free trial, this is likely why you saw the additional charge after 7 days.
