8.3 Scheduling sessions

Book, reschedule, or cancel a Live Tutoring session, choose your tutor, and learn what to do if a tutor does not show up.

Q: How do I book a session?

A: To book a Live Tutoring session, log in to your Rype account here:

Once signed in, open the scheduling page:

From there you can browse available time slots and the schedules of tutors who teach your target language.

Q: Can I choose my tutor?

A: Yes. You can choose any tutor whose availability matches your preferred time slot. Each tutor has a short profile that describes their experience, teaching style, and specialties to help you decide.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

A: Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled directly through the Rype website, subject to Rype's scheduling policies.

Q: What happens if my tutor is late or does not show up?

A: If a tutor is late or misses a session, please contact Rype support at [email protected] so the issue can be addressed and the session can be rescheduled or credited.
