My Premium subscription is not working

If you originally subscribed via Google Play or Apple App Store, please try restoring purchases. If your subscription is still active, this should return access to your subscription. Before restoring, check to confirm you are logged into the Apple or Google Play account that you originally purchased your subscription through. 


Google Play / Android


From your Android device, please open the Jumpspeak app.


Tap the Profile (You) tab > Settings (top-right) > scroll and tap “Restore Purchases.” 


If your subscription fails to restore, please check the renewal/expiration status and let us know if the subscription is set to renew or expire. You can confirm by opening the Google Play Store > tap Profile picture > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > search for Jumpspeak subscription. Please include a screenshot if possible.


Apple / iOS


From your iOS device, please open the Jumpspeak app.


Tap the Profile (You) tab > Settings (top-right) > scroll and tap "Restore Purchases." This should provide access to Jumpspeak Premium.


If your subscription fails to restore, please check the renewal/expiration status and let us know if the subscription is set to renew or expire. You can confirm by opening the Settings app > Apple ID > Subscriptions > search for Jumpspeak subscription. Please include a screenshot if possible.
