How do I renew my Jumpspeak subscription?
Please follow the outlined steps to renew your subscription, based on where you signed up for a paid subscription with us.
Apple iOS Store
On your iPhone,
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store > iTunes & App Store
- Select your Apple ID: email (top of the screen)
- Select View Apple ID
- Select Subscriptions > Jumpspeak > Renew Subscription
If you do not see Jumpspeak in your list of subscriptions, this means you likely subscribed through the Jumpspeak website or you do not have an active subscription.
Google Play Store
On your Android device,
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the Menu button
- Go to Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to renew
- Tap Renew subscription
On your Computer,
- Go to play.google.com
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
- On the left, click My subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to renew
- Click Manage > Renew Subscription
Jumpspeak Website
If you signed up for Jumpspeak directly on our website:
- Go to https://www.jumpspeak.com/billing
- Authenticate using the email you used at checkout
- Open the magic link sent to your email (Subject Line: Your customer portal login link)
- Tap Renew plan on the subscription you want to renew
