I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
To reset your password, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Jumpspeak app on your mobile device (please note, this will not work on a computer)
2. If you haven't already logged out, tap the 'You' icon on the bottom right and scroll all the way to the bottom to tap on 'Sign Out'.
THEN
3. On the login screen, tap on 'Already Have an Account?' or 'Have an Account? Sign In'.
OR
4. Tap the "Forgot password?" link on the bottom of the Sign In screen.
5. Enter your email as your email address and tap Reset.
6. You'll receive an email from Tony (noreply@rypego.firebaseapp.com) with the subject line "JumpSpeak Password Reset". If you don't see this email within a few minutes, please check your Bulk, Spam JumpSpeak Password Reset, or Promotions folders or use this information to search for the email)
7. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
